This supportive online programme is run by two BANT-registered, clinically trained Nutritional Therapists – Sam & Hannah.
If you want some serious accountability then come and join the Summer Body Confi-dence Programme that starts on Monday 8th June. This is a 4 week programme for people that are serious about making some changes for good. If you are struggling to motivate yourself to eat well, want 4 weeks of meal plans (imagine not having to think about what to cook!), fed up of feeling exhausted, sluggish and want to feel energised, slimmer and ready for the summer then this is for you.
