If you would like to take the DUTCH hormone test, I can offer a service where I can help you interpret the results and provide a few simple changes to your diet to help.

 

The Dutch Plus test is £269 and a 30 minute interpretation call is £75.

 

 

7 & 14 Day Bespoke meal plan

If you are wondering where to start if you have a new symptom or diagnosis, you are on a restrictive diet or are just needing some help then maybe this bespoke meal plan service is for you.

You will receive a 7 or 14 day plan with 3 meals and 2 snacks, along with recipes, shopping lists and nutritional information in a PDF format.

 

This will help with the stress when trying to think what to eat, and when.

Maybe you need quick ideas, one pot meals, restricted calorie meals, vegetarian, dairy or gluten free meals?
